UP - DLSU on Flickr. I have to give credit to the UP Fighting Maroons. They had nothing to gain with their battle vs La Salle (La Salle, on the other hand, had everything to lose). UP provided inspired basketball, limiting DLSU to just 7 points in the first quarter, and even racking up a 20-point lead in the 1st half.But DLSU clawed its way back. And even in the dying seconds, with DLSU leading by 3, it could still go either way. UP had two chances to tie the score but each attempt didn’t find the mark. La Salle squeezes out a win over UP, 73-72.
